- To Activate Accounts and identity verification.
- To facilitate connecting customers with the nearest engineer.

- To communicate regarding technical support or complaints.
3- Data Storage and Sharing
- Data is stored on secure servers using advanced encryption and protection.
- No data is shared with external parties except:
- When legally required by an official authority.
- With electronic payment service providers.

- The application assumes no responsibility for any party (customer or engineer) failing to pay the agreed amounts or perform the service as described.
- NetFix does not interfere in agreements or financial transactions conducted outside the application.
- NetFix does not bear any compensation or financial liability for any damages or disputes that arise between users.
- Each user (customer or engineer) bears full responsibility for their actions and any legal or financial consequences. These are subject to change.

- NetFix Terms of Use
By using the NetFix application, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
1- Nature of the Service
- The NetFix application is an electronic platform that acts as an intermediary between Engineers and clients, and is not directly involved in the implementation of services or contracts.
- All transactions between the parties are conducted under their own responsibility.
2- Engineer Registration and Verification
- The engineer is required to provide correct and up-to-date information.
- The application must be provided with a copy of their passport or ID card and a CV.
- The engineer is subject to an interview before their account is activated.
- NetFix management reserves the right to reject or suspend any account without explanation in the event of Suspicion or violation.
3- Payment and Subscription System
- Engineer subscription fees are paid via payment methods within the application or in cash, as determined by NetFix management.
- NetFix deducts 5% of each payment made within the application only.
- If payment is made directly between the customer and the engineer outside the application, NetFix is not responsible for the transaction and does not receive any percentage of it.
4- Limitation of Liability
- NetFix is not responsible for any illegal or unlawful action. Professional liability carried out by any user or engineer, including:
- Theft or fraud.
- Damage or destruction of property.
- Failure to meet deadlines or perform the service.
- Financial disputes or verbal contracts between the parties.
NetFix does not bear any obligations or compensation resulting from these situations.
5- User Duties
- Provide correct information upon registration.
- Use the application in a clear and legal manner.
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to misuse it. Fraud.
6- Intellectual Property
- All logos, designs, and content are the property of the NetFix app and may not be copied or used without official permission.
